Make sure that your staff knows that their flex time is THEIR time. Meaning, they can use it however they need to use it.

Not everyone has someone to spend the holidays with. Worksgiving offers staff a chance to relax and enjoy good food together. You can cater a meal in or ask staff to bring in their favorite dishes to share with everyone. Make sure that you let staff know that Worksgiving is optional as this is a stressful time of year and some people need a little more alone time than normal.
