EcoPro Pillowcovers 2 Year Limited Warranty

• If a defect is found within the warranty period, EcoPro will replace the pillow cover with a product of equal or greater value.
• This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from improper cleaning – Fading, staining, or cracking due to excessive or improper cleaning with harsh chemicals is not covered. Avoid using:
  
  • Bleach
  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Citrus-based cleaners (These substances can stain, dry out, or damage vinyl.)
• Other exclusions – This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
  
  • Abuse, misuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications
