Shipping and Returns Policy
ECOPRO SHIPPING POLICY
EcoPro uses a 3rd party fulfillment center for all shipping. Orders placed in our store are typically processed within 3-4 business days and standard domestic shipping takes an additional 10-14 business days unless an item is on back order.
Please note that shipping may take longer due to increased volumes, inclement weather etc.
Please allow an additional 7 days for standard international shipping.
Every effort is made to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times however on occasion, items may be on back order, and therefore certain orders may take longer to fulfill.
Additionally, orders of 25 or more may require an additional 7-14 days for fulfillment depending on inventory levels at time of purchase.
Our 3rd party fulfillment center uses the following carriers:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, our fulfillment company will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Domestic shipping is based on carrier rates under $119 (excluding HI and AK).
Domestic shipping is FREE on orders of $119 or more (excluding HI and AK).
HI/AK shipping fees are based on carrier rates.
Express domestic shipping rates are based on carrier rates.
Standard shipping rates to Canada are based on purchase amount.
- Standard shipping to Canada is based on carrier rates.
- Standard shipping to Canada is free on orders of $299 or more!
- These shipping rates DO NOT INCLUDE import fees or duties**
Express Shipping is not available to Canada
** All duties and import taxes including, but not limited to, GST, VAT, QST, PST, HST, clearance charges and all other import related shipping and special handling fees are all the responsibility of the purchaser.
Standard International Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items.

- These shipping rates DO NOT INCLUDE import fees **
Express Shipping is not available internationally.
**All duties and import taxes including, but not limited to, VAT, clearance charges and all other import related shipping and special handling fees are all the responsibility of the purchaser.
If an individual item is on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the individual item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returning an item
Items must be unused and in the original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt.

- Please include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
Some items cannot be returned if they show signs of negligence or extreme wear.
All returned items are subject to return shipping fees. Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
The original shipping/handling fees paid on the order will not be refunded.
If your item is unused and in the original packaging, you may be able to exchange your item for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but are responsible for paying all shipping charges.
