Shipping Policy
β Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
- Standard domestic shipping takes 10-14 business days (unless an item is on back order).
- Shipping times may vary due to increased order volumes, inclement weather, or other delays.
- International shipping may take an additional 7 days.
- Orders of 25 or more items may require an additional 7-14 days for fulfillment, depending on inventory levels.

Carriers
EcoPro Products ships via: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
β Order Tracking
- If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, our fulfillment center will update your order with the tracking details.
- USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking information.

- Orders under $119: Shipping rates are based on carrier pricing (excluding HI & AK).
- Orders $119+: Free shipping (excluding HI & AK).
- HI & AK shipping: Carrier rates apply.
- Express domestic shipping: Carrier rates apply.
π¦ Canada
- Standard shipping rates are based on purchase amount and carrier pricing.
- Orders $299+: Free standard shipping to Canada!
- Import fees, duties, and taxes (GST, VAT, QST, PST, HST, clearance, handling fees) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Express shipping is not available to Canada.

- Standard international shipping rates are based on item weight and carrier pricing.
- Import fees, duties, and taxes (VAT, clearance charges, and handling fees) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Express shipping is not available for international orders.
β Back Orders
- If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items first.
- The remaining items will be shipped once available at no additional shipping cost.
Return Policy
π Returning an Item

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items showing signs of negligence or extreme wear may not be eligible for return.
π² Restocking Fee
- All returned items are subject to return shipping fees.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply, deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
π Exchanges
- Unused items in original packaging may be exchanged for a different color.
- No restocking fee for exchanges, but you are responsible for shipping costs.
