Shipping and Returns Policy
We use a 3rd party fulfillment service for all shipping. All orders place in our store are typically processed within 2-3 business days and standard shipping takes an additional 7-10 business days unless an item is on backorder. Please allow an additional 7 days for standard international shipping.
Every effort will be made to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times however large orders may require an additional 7-14 days for fulfillment depending on size.
Our 3rd party fulfillment service uses the following carriers:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, our fulfillment service will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Standard domestic shipping rates are based on purchase amount.
- Standard domestic shipping charge is $9.99 for orders under $100
- Standard domestic shipping is free on orders of $100 or more!
Domestic Express Shipping rates are based on weight.
- 0-5lbs is $25.99
- 6-10lbs is $35.99
- 11lbs and up for $45.99
Standard shipping rates to Canada are based on purchase amount.
- Standard shipping charge to Canada is $39.99 for orders under $300
- Standard shipping to Canada is free on all orders of $300 or more!
We do not offer Canada Express Shipping
Standard International Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items.
- 0-5lbs for $49.99
- 6-10lbs for $99.99
- 11lbs and up for $199.00
We do not offer International Express Shipping
If an individual item is on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the individual item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How To Return An Item
Items must be unused and in the original packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt.

- Please include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
Some items cannot be returned if they show signs of negligence or extreme wear.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will not refund the original shipping/handling fees paid on the order.
If your item is in unused and in the original packaging, you may exchange your item for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you are responsible for paying any return shipping charges.
