  • Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
  • Standard domestic shipping takes 10-14 business days (unless an item is on back order).
  • Shipping times may vary due to increased order volumes, inclement weather, or other delays.
  • International shipping may take an additional 7 days.
  • Orders of 25 or more items may require an additional 7-14 days for fulfillment, depending on inventory levels.

  • If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, our fulfillment center will update your order with the tracking details.
  • USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking information.

  • Standard shipping rates are based on purchase amount and carrier pricing.
  • Orders $299+: Free standard shipping to Canada!
  • Import fees, duties, and taxes (GST, VAT, QST, PST, HST, clearance, handling fees) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Express shipping is not available to Canada.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return (unless there is a manufacturer defect).
