Over the next 5 weeks, we’ll be starting a unique series on how to brilliantly market your physical therapy clinic. Some of these ideas might not be new to you and some will. We’ll also be exploring ideas that you may be familiar with but aren’t sure how to implement.
With that said, let’s take a look at the first 3 brilliant marketing strategies
Define Your Unique Selling Point
As you know, physical therapy is a broad umbrella with a wide variety of unique services available to patients. With this in mind, you have the option of staying broad or carefully defining your services.
We recommend defining your unique selling point. This could be anything from offering a specific type of physical therapy to offering unique services that no other office in your area is offering at the time. Take some time to consider what makes you unique. Is it your services, your clinicians, your location, etc. Whatever it happens to be, define it and market that as a selling point.
Design a Unique Logo
They say a photo is worth 1,000 words and company logos are no exception. Whether you’re brand new and don’t have one yet or need to refresh your current one, a unique logo can set you apart from the rest. Your logo should be a reflection of your business’ values and what you have to offer. Does your logo make people feel confident, curious or excited about seeking your services?
There are a number of different local, national, and digital logo services that can help you create a unique logo for your clinic.
Create Irresistible Offers
From referral credits to new patient discounts, irresistible offers should be a part of your marketing strategy. Creating offers that entice and excite can help you stay connected for longer with current patients and connect with new patients.
While referral credits and new patient discounts aren’t exactly anything new, many clinics fail to consider how important these tactics are to maintaining a strong roster of past and present patients.
