The 2018 APTA Combined Sections Meeting is in the books, and we’re beyond excited to have been a part of this amazing conference. This conference was hands down one of our favorite to date, and not just because it was held in the beautiful gem known as New Orleans. It was an incredible experience, and we consider ourselves lucky to have shared the space with thousands of the industry’s bests and brightest.
Here are a few of our favorite memories from the 2018 APTA CSM Conference.
Highlight Number 1: Meeting Amazing Like-Minded PTs and PT Students
By far, our number one highlight of the conference was having the opportunity to meet and talk with so many talented Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy students! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to introduce themselves and spend some time getting to know what our EcoPro Pillow Covers are all about! We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our customers who stopped by to say hello and to tell us how much they love using the product in their practices!

Highlight Number 2: Creating Great New Connections with PT and PTA Educational Programs
At EcoPro, we are invested in training the next generation of Physical Therapists. We loved to see the excitement on the faces of our future Physical Therapists and their professors who recognized the problems that the Pillow Cover can solve in so many ways! It is inspiring to hear how many Physical Therapy educational programs value and promote green and eco-friendly PT practices.
Highlight Number 3: Ate Some Amazing and Unique Local Foods
From beignets to po’boys and oysters, New Orleans is known for its deep south and Cajun cuisine. As tourists to this beautiful city, we felt it our duty to sample as much deliciousness as possible. Throw in a couple tasty Sazeracs, and rest assured, we ate well during our trip. Food aside, can we also compliment the incredible service at these restaurants. We guess it’s true what they say about the South, bar none it was some of the best hospitality we ever received.
Highlight Number 4: Walking Through and Exploring the Historic French Quarter
Easily one of the most beautiful parts of our time in New Orleans was meandering through the streets of the Vieux Carré surrounded by historic 200+ year-old buildings. Every evening strolled turned into a history lesson as we made our way through historic landmarks.
Highlight Number 5. Watching Live Music on Bourbon Street
The live music on Bourbon Street is second to none! One of our top team building exercises to date was navigating our way through the crowds of Bourbon Street as we made our way to a couple hidden musical gems. If some of us weren’t jazz fans before our time on Bourbon Street, we are now!
