If there’s one thing we know about Physical Therapists, it’s that we can never pass up the opportunity for a good sweat! To help the thousands of therapists (including us) descending on Chicago for the 2017 PPS Annual Conference get their workout on, we’ve put together this short list of our favorite Chicago workout spots. From doing hot yoga in hotter breweries to taking down an opponent in the Octagon, this list has you covered regardless of your preferred workout
For The PTs that Love Being Outdoors
Chicago has one of the longest Greenways in the US. The Lakefront Trail takes runners along the cast of Lake Michigan for 19 miles as it winds its way from South Shore to Lincoln Park. There are plenty of water fountains and restrooms along the route, as well as some world-class views of the Chicago skyline.

ENRGi also offers cardio bootcamp classes, barre, rowing, and yoga classes.
