For The PTs that Love Being Outdoors

Lakefront Trail

Chicago has one of the longest Greenways in the US. The Lakefront Trail takes runners along the cast of Lake Michigan for 19 miles as it winds its way from South Shore to Lincoln Park. There are plenty of water fountains and restrooms along the route, as well as some world-class views of the Chicago skyline.

Yoga at Begyle Brewing
