For the PTs That Want To Break a Sweat Outdoors

With over 4,000 acres this preserve has a lot to offer, including hiking and biking trails. You can take in the beautiful scenery on a variety of trails throughout the preserve, which features a wide range of difficulty. Make sure to pack some sunscreen and lots of water to stay hydrated. Before you leave the preserve, take a moment to enjoy the working farm and model airplanes that are in flight.

Situated inside of the 52 acre Central Park, this location gives you access to both stairs and a quick way to cool down post run.
