For the PTs That Want To Break a Sweat Outdoors

Rancho San Antonio

2500 Cristo Rey Drive, Cupertino, CA 95014

With over 4,000 acres this preserve has a lot to offer, including hiking and biking trails.  You can take in the beautiful scenery on a variety of trails throughout the preserve, which features a wide range of difficulty.  Make sure to pack some sunscreen and lots of water to stay hydrated.  Before you leave the preserve, take a moment to enjoy the working farm and model airplanes that are in flight.

George F. Haines International Swim Center

Climb the stairs poolside at the George F. Haines International Swim Center.  Situated inside of the 52 acre Central Park, this location gives you access to both stairs and a quick way to cool down post run.  You never know who you’ll see, as many world-class and Olympic swimmers, divers, and synchronized swimmers call this center “home”.
